  • The first company I booked never scheduled with me so U-Haul customer service helped me switched to this company.. the representative from the company reached out fairly quickly. Very nice and polite. They arrived when stated. Not uniformed and they bought a baby with them during the move - that was all over the place. On a scale of 1-10.. they were a 5. Needed a bed put together.. they were standing around trying to figure it out. If it’s simple- they could assemble, but it’s it a little complicated- I don’t recommend. I needed laborers and they got me moved on the second floor. Which I needed. They followed up to get me scheduled and I was able to get moved.

Regarding the bed assembly, unfortunately some of the necessary hardware and parts were missing, which made it difficult to fully assemble as intended. However, we were happy to assemble your coffee table at no additional charge and do our best to assist with everything we could.   • Top Safe Moving, a good company. Newer team to the field, Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customers. Last minute accommodating. Please be very communicative with this team . If you want dollys or equipment, you must verbalize , and also verify start time! Would hire again
