    The good; the movers were great, fast, efficient, and had a great attitude. They’re the only reason I’d consider using this company again. The bad; Johnny, the manager, was unprofessional. He originally scheduled me for the morning, and when I asked to move it to the afternoon, he rescheduled for 2;30 to 3;30 pm. The movers didn’t show up until 6;30 pm. When I called, he got defensive and blamed me for the delay, saying I shouldn’t have asked to change the time. He also said that ongoing jobs take priority and later customers just have to wait. Poor communication and zero accountability.
