• I gave them 5 stars for communication and professionalism, but the actual service was extremely disappointing. Overall, I would rate the job 1 star (if I could, 0). I hired them based on positive reviews and fair pricing, but my experience did not match. This was a relatively simple move from a 2nd floor unit to another nearby location with elevator access. I also provided both a utility dolly and a furniture dolly. Despite that, several items were damaged, a dented vertical chest, scratched TV stand, torn adjustable bed frame fabric, a hole in my mattress, and a very dirty sectional. The sectional was wrapped, but the plastic was torn during handling, and it appeared to be dragged instead of properly moved. Even with equipment provided, it was not properly used, and some items appeared to be handled roughly, which contributed to the damage. This was the most damage I’ve experienced on any move. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

• We used this moving company for our move on March 29. One mover arrived about 10 minutes early, and the other was delayed due to a flat tire. The mover who arrived on time was very professional and did a great job, and overall the move went smoothly. There were a few small things I noticed, like occasional phone use during the move, and a couple of minor items ended up damaged, such as a bottled juice and my Caterpie case. Thankfully, nothing was valuable, so it wasn’t a big issue for us. The price was very reasonable, and overall we’re satisfied with the service for the value. A good affordable option for anyone looking for help with moving.
