• The movers arrived two hours late and were extremely careless with my belongings, causing significant damage to most of my furniture pieces. They also accidentally dropped a plastic bin full of my belongings in the garage, causing the contents to spill out everywhere. (They left that mess for me to discover and clean up after they left.) Additionally, they dropped a piece of hardware for one of my bookshelves in the driveway and left it there. Had I not discovered it and picked it up myself, I wouldn't have been able to put the bookshelf back together later on. Rather than complain about ANY of this, I sent a polite message (and several follow up messages) requesting the company's insurance information to make a claim for the damages, which were ignored. A Nevada business license search indicates that the company doesn't exist. That suggests that this is not a legitimate business and I doubt they are even insured at all. Now I'll have to pursue small claims court for a resolution.

  Sorry for any misunderstanding. Businesses can not exist on uhaul without being legitimate. We responding back to you asking for all photos of damage but nothing was recieved so in that case we cannot help you.
