  • Hello, my name is Jeffrey McCoy and I had moving services with you and I was told to send pictures to this email address if I had any complaints with the movers. The movers they sent out on May 1st did a horrible job. They just threw my belongings on the truck and damaged a lot of things, including a 85inch television. They didn't pack the truck right and this caused me to have to leave things behind. I'm currently in a wheelchair so i couldn't go through and check the job before they left, but they definitely did not provide a service I would pay for. Last 4 of card used. 7062 for payment, and 3232 to reserve the job.

    Absolutely incorrect, they went over 2 hours you did not pay for, you also did not pay for the bed dismantles which was agreed upon. You were informed before they even begun straps are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED when doing out of state moves and you had none. The truck was packed tightly to the brim so much so you had to leave items behind. You cannot blame packers for how the truck was driven and unloaded. God bless you
