• Nice guys but they were possibly in a hurry. They could not get my furniture to the second floor after telling me the drawers were unable to be removed. My wife removed all the drawers after looking at them for one minute. Would have been 100 pounds less and an easy job. Now I have to pay a second company to do it.

  Thank you very much for the opportunity to collaborate on your project. We understand that there are pieces that require four people to move, as was the case here, and it is the customer who is responsible for disassembling their furniture, not us.

• I thought I needed 3 hours to help sort my apartment with boxes all over the place. They were quick and efficient and finished in 45 minutes. They were kind enough to promise that they would return to help me with another moving task within a week or so. Will send night update after they return.
