• Helpers were one of the guys spent a lot of time on his cell phone. They were not able to pick up heavy items at all. I requested the company to bring tools with them. Nobody even cared about it. Because of these lazy guys I paid $78 extra for the extra time. It wasn’t even 2 hours job. These guys didn’t know how to arrange things in the truck so that we can carry as much as we can in one trip. So we had two trips and I paid the truck for that mileage. Very disappointing! I am not adding too coz I already paid them though it wasn’t worth it

  Client's truck was too small to move everything in one trip. They booked their move at the very last minute. Our guys arrived on time. When folks aren't organized and the move takes longer than the absolute bare minimum time of 2 hours they often become upset. We state in our terms of service that we are a Labor Only service and do not bring tools. We simply charge for the time we are there to help. If the client doesn't want us to work for additional time they are well within their rights to ask us to stop and to pay the bare minimum. Unfortunately the culture of service has changed where many folks want to receive more than they pay for or to even receive services that we explicitly list that we do not provide and when they don't receive first class airline tickets at coach prices despite being described the differences between the they become upset.
