Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
My son experienced the lead bad-mouthing his new helper, who was just learning, to a co- worker or boss over the phone, and we observed him speaking to the new guy in an insulting manner. Extremely unprofessional. Neither of us can tolerate disrespect, to us or others. Very disappointing and absolutely no way to speak to or about another person, especially in business.
Chris and his team were very helpful in getting mom's belongings out of her apartment. Although there were extenuating circumstances that caused Chris and his team to arrive later than we both would of liked Chris always communicated what was happening and ultimately did a very efficient job once they arrived at the apartment. I don't usually write reviews but Chris was very responsive and kind during a very stressful process that I have made an exception this time around. Top Movers will hear from me again if we have another job. Thank you
