• Movers were slower and less efficient than hoped. I requested a large rolled carpet be laid flat rather than stood on end. It was laid on the floor of the truck, but with other items on top. Movers said I told them not to stack items, which was not the case; you’d get very little in a large truck if nothing was stacked. Upon unloading at destination, by a different company, two wooden furniture pieces had damage from other items gouging them; I was told to have furniture blankets and wrap available, which I did, but less than half the blankets were used. The loading took an hour longer than estimated, so I paid the extra hour by cash. The supervisor who called me to get payment offered the extra hour at no charge in exchange for a five-star review. I declined. So much for reviews.

• This moving company was the absolute best! We had several issues all outside of our control (weather, broken elevator etc) and they stepped up, stayed to finish the job, and did it with the best attitude. I really appreciated all of the hard work done by Lewis and Tanner. FANTASTIC team! Will use again! I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

  Thank you for choosing Advanced. If you pay the two hour minimum please understand you are subject to being left before the job is actually completed. Reason being is the customer up next to you paid for more time.
