  • I don’t know where to begin. For starters the U-Haul agent never disclosed this company was located 2hrs away. When contacting the number provided it was linked to a Google Phone. The person who answered never provided his name only Smoove Moves. He showed an immense lack of professionalism and got angry at me when I questioned why no one has shown up at 250pm for a job that was scheduled 12-2pm. Movers didn’t show up until 341pm or finish the job until 705pm. The two guys who showed up were extremely nice but very unprofessional and ill-equipped for the job. We paid $50 cash for a disassemble of a loft bed that they didn’t even have tools for. Very thankful the job was completed, regardless of the transgressions. I do not agree with the pricing we were charged for this service, nor would recommend to anyone!

  • The team did an excellent job helping me pack and load all of my stuff. They were organized, efficient, and handled everything with care to make sure nothing was damaged. They worked quickly while still paying attention to the details, and their professionalism made the whole process much easier. I really appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.
