First the moving help had to be postponed for a day due to inability to get adequate help. This caused a cascade effect as many things had to be adjusted - the truck, the ferry, accommodations. We were able to readjust all this things but it took time. Next 2 young men were sent and we explained the plan. They moved very quickly. My brother told them that they only had to load the big stuff but I told them they needed to work the whole 2 hours. They loaded all the big stuff and a few boxes and said that the truck was full and they were done. They closed the truck. I gave them the code and they left. My brother needed to add something to the truck and reopened it only to find that it was very poorly loaded and there was lots of space to keep loading if items were moved around. Fortunately for us a man across the street came over and totally reorganized the truck and loaded almost everything that was left. We were shocked at the poor job, not sure that they had any training in how to loa
