• They were late, caught standing around chatting on their phones, and damaged my belongings due to haphazardly throwing items in the moving truck. They chose not to use the over 3 dozen moving pads I had and allowed many of my solid wood pieces to have their finishes damaged.

• The main operator who I arranged the date and time with was excellent and quick to schedule the time I needed. The 2 gentlemen that showed up on moving day were very kind and respectful. I had no furniture damaged and the truck was loaded efficiently and effectively. The only issue I had was that a few times through the process there was a bit of communication breakdown with the movers in regards to which items were ready to move and which I still needed to put blankets on or wrap in plastic. It would be awesome if the movers could take a minute before starting to move stuff to point out furniture that should be wrapped in order to protect the surfaces before starting to grab stuff and move it. I wasn’t really clear on what their plan was for moving stuff. Overall very good value for the price paid though.
