• Booked DeGray for moving and packing but no contact till I called them the day before. Texted me saying he’s double booked the morning of and tried to move my job. His partner showed up on time ready to work, while he showed up late and was at the wrong address at first. Then told my wife that he’s only here for moving and that he won’t be packing anything. He continuously was taking calls and texting his buddy about another job while telling me he might have to leave early. He then left his partner before the job was finished to go work the other job, when I heard over the phone from his friend that there was not much there for DeGray to do. Still, he called an Uber and left me and his partner to finish the job. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone work with someone who doesn’t follow through with the agreement. Kept trying to move the start time and leave the job early, even so I told him I had the truck for a specific time.

  We are so very sorry that this is the experience you had with our services Daniel. We always strive to provide the most seamless and stress-free process as possible, and for this job we did not do a good job at doing so. Unfortunately, the circumstances that given to us for the day caused several bumps in the road, but we hope that what we could provide under those conditions was somewhat satisfactory. Again, we are so sorry for the way the job played out, and will absolutely make changes in the future to ensure this does not happen again.

• These guys were MACHINES. We never plan to move again, but if we did, we would only use this company. Very professional and super fast.
