The crew worked quickly and efficiently to load and unload bulky items from a 3rd floor walk-up on each end. I would definitely hire this company again in the future.

Positives and negatives to working with GTH. Movers were 1.5 hrs late for 9am appt. I was notified 30 minutes before they were due to arrive and didn't receive an ETA until they were 20m out. One of the guys, it was his first day, which happens but the care and attention to detail wasn't as strong as I'd like to have seen nor were they quick. I had communicated the extent of the job to Ray on the phone a few days before, including 3 stops but the team said they didn't know, and it seemed they weren't mentally prepared for the extent of it. To be fair, I estimated 3 helpers for 4 hours, included 1hr of drive time, and it was a longer but was more then happy to pay for any extended work. Last bit, two of the movers left .75 of the way through. No communication, just left. The last gentleman who stayed on, Chris, was incredible and he helped us complete the job. If I wasn't 38 weeks pregnant, I could have done more but not in this condition. Overall not thrilled but job was completed.
