  • Worst movers I have ever hired. Booked them for 3 hours, they could not pack two small storage units into a 20ft truck in 3 hours. The prior movers who packed the storages units did it in two hours and the movers at my destination did it in two hours. Bryan who ownes the company left my stuff scattered throughout the storage unit at the end of three hours and said he had to go to another job and leave. When my wife said the job was not done and that she did not have the code to pay them he became agressive to my wife to the point where the police had to be called. He proceeded to stay at the storage unit for the next three hours, lying that he had another job to go to. Better Business Bureau will be contacted. He was the cheapest on the UHual recommendation list, I can see why now. UHAUL should have Elite Solutions removed from their list ASAP.

    That's not true what happened was that the time you hired us was not enough and we tried to help you as much as we could with your big belongings you gave me the code that means that our work was over and let me tell you that your wife was useless wanting to deceive us and not give us the code and she called the police because you didn't want to pay after we did our work for the contracted hours and in the app there is the option to add more hours if the client sees that it is not going to be completed in the contracted time I hope it goes well and thank you for such a nice comment I hope you don't want to take advantage of others like your wife did thank you
