Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Amazing experience! I had a smaller truck but the guys were able to pack it perfectly using every inch of space. They were friendly, showed up on time, completed the full loading process within the 2 hours, and did so without damaging any items. Keep in mind they did this during a heat wave with high humidity! These guys are solid!
This company was not well organized. The movers seemed unsure of what they were doing throughout the entire move. If my family of four had not been there to help, we likely would not have been able to complete the move. They spent an excessive amount of time carrying very small items one at a time and wasting time for example, moving a single lamp instead of working efficiently. Overall, this was a frustrating. Although the movers were polite , they need significant improvement in the quality and efficiency of their work.
