  • This Moving Help provider caused significant damage during my move, including scratches and scuff marks along the stairwell walls, damage to the doorway and door frame, and marks on the staircase. This damage was not present before the move. The manager behaved unprofessionally; he told his workers to leave my couch before the job was done, asked me for payment outside the normal process, and communicated in a way that bordered on harassment. He also warned me not to discuss our payment agreement with his workers, saying I should discuss it only with U-Haul.
