  • Got a call from the company on wednesday that they messed up the rate and it could be an additional $600. Ricardo told me if i zelle him 200 he’d get it done with 2ppl.I agreed not wanting to hastle with another mover.They showed up on time and were willing to wait 30min paid. Throughout the move there were a few breaks and conversations that totaled somewhere between 30-45 min(there’s a reason im putting this). After telling him I had elevators both ways I still had constant ‘reminders’ this was an inconvenience. During the move I watched gavan drop multiple items and I’d hear a sorry and then another drop. other times they’d put expensive items directly on the concrete and multiple items has scratches.With an hour left I was informed it would be an additional 200(total of 400 from original quote).It took an additional 30min on top of that with only heavy items left in the truck and I was charged for that time as well. Did they get my stuff in? Sure. Would I ever use or recommend? No.
