They were an hour late. Notified us 30 minutes before start time they were going to be 30 minutes be late from start time. Then did not arrive until an hour after start time. Once they did arrive we had already begun unloading the truck, so it took them all of 20 minutes to finish the job. Did not appreciate hearing different time updates from dispatch of the company versus the actual movers. Appreciated how quickly and efficiently they were able to complete the job upon arrival.

I know it was hot today but no excuse for the lack of concern for my belongings! They were unable to lift my desk which is the one piece I pay to move. While throwing my boxes the one gentleman said he don't give a F... And the other one reminded him he didn't want to break stuff. He stayed he didn't care again. My furniture was put in storage upside down. My husband and I had to go repack the unit to fit the things left behind due to lack of packing skills in my opinion. I was told a extra hour would be 59 and was charged 80 for a extra 40 minutes.
