  Vlad & Alex were very professional. They got the job done in under the four hours we paid for. I didn't mind paying in full because they did such good job, stacking all the items as high as possible in our 28 ft container. I didn't even micromanage which is saying a lot. We are military and well seasoned movers. They communicated well, asked how I wanted things done, and even though it rained almost the entire time, they stayed on task and took good care of our belongings. I would hire them again, for jobs big and small. They packed out almost 20 feet of a large container and I didn't worry about them once.

  Smooth Movers

  The first helper to show up was professional, hardworking, and very helpful. His helper was a younger guy and he was not. The younger guy stayed on his phone, was taking his time (dragging his feet), and complained pretty much continuously. I felt bad for the other mover having to do most of the work and trying to keep the young guy on track. I have used Smooth Movers 3 times now, but I think this will be my last time. Most of my belongings were moved with care and were relocated undamaged, but I did have one of my expensive cat trees broken when they were moving it to the truck to load.
