  My experience was terrible. I have scratches and holes in my wall from them trying to bring stuff upstairs. They were so careless with everything. They broke a cabinet and left my sofa in the garage. They disassembled the bed but then refused to put it back together because they said they had to go to another job. I now have to pay someone else to get the sofa up the stairs and put the bed together. They were also swearing using the f word. I would NEVER recommend these people for a move.

  At the end of the day the job was done and nothing was broken. However, my washer and dryer sustained a lot of scratches and they dropped it in front of me.. apologized though. They weren’t very professional as they were trash talking about my move.. definitely could’ve done without that. They got the job done within the time allotted.

  Communication was excellent, they got in touch with me to confirm details well in advance of the move and were very communicative about arrival time day-of. Got the job done quickly and efficiently, my only complaint is they loaded my Ikea coffee table upside-down and stacked some things on top of it, which broke the wooden shelf underneath (unfortunately it snapped one of the metal connector pieces in half and couldn't be fixed) but ultimately they did reimburse me the cost for the replacement. Other than that everything went very smoothly.
