Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Derek and Jesse were very courteous and friendly. I had called them and asked if one of them could meet us at U-Haul and drive the truck to the house. They said yes!!! While unloading the U-Haul they would ask where I wanted something put instead of just putting items wherever just to get the job over and finished. I would hire them again mainly for their interaction with me and my daughter.
I hired them for 2 hrs to load my boxes to a 15ft truck. I had to pay for additional 2hrs to unload the truck at my new residence ( 10 min away). They didn't finish unloading in 2 hrs and left my daughter with a unfinished truck. 4hrs and couldn't complete the job. Now I need to find additional help to finish unloading. So, we continue moving.
