Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The guys were very fast, but too fast. They asked what needed to be loaded. My husband showed them the large heavy pieces, but then they went so fast they didn't load any smaller stuff that could have fit in and around the bigger items. Then they didn't tie things down very well and one large item fell over and damaged another large item. Things shifted around and items got dinged up even.if not completely damaged.
I had an amazing experience with George and his team today. They worked incredibly hard and were able to get the entire truck unloaded within the two-hour timeframe, even though the elevator in the building wasn’t working. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, I was kept informed well in advance of everything, which made the whole process so much less stressful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free move. Truly professional and efficient!
