    They asked the week prior to move start time back 30 minutes which I agreed to. They called the day of and asked to move back additional 1.5 hours. I replied no they need to find other helpers if not available. At 2pm they said 1 person was there and more coming later - no one was there as the guy left. They said others there at half past 3 but not showed and no call. Finally shows at 15 minutes after 5. I only needed them for 30 minutes as I had completed most of the move by myself. They asked me to give them the code and they would refund the difference - yet to receive the refund or any communication around it.
