  • I spoke with the mover the day before and the day of the move. We agreed to have 2 movers show up at 11am after I pick up the moving truck at 10. The mover text at 1034am to let me know they were on the way. At 1105am, I text asking what time would they be arriving and I received no answer. At 1115am I called and he stated that he had to wait for his babysitter and is now on his way. I asked why he didn't communicate that and he started getting an attitude. He got real snippy and said that i can go on the website to cancel the order and call dropped. I called to see if he was coming or not and said he is 3 minutes away. The mover arrived at 1145 am with his girlfriend not the other mover. The other mover did not arrive until 1230pm. The movers were good at packing up and loading and unloading.
