• The owner called me and because I told them I have items missing from the move. He does not believe me. He thinks my brother who was there during the move, stole them. He GIFTED me those lego sets for x-mas. Why would they steal them, they have their own sets. His movers are the ONLY people that have come to my house. No one else has been here. He called me because I left a bad review on here about it. And he called me a racist, thinks that because they are black that's the reason I am accusing them of theft. Sucha typical response. Very sad they had to go there because I will never be a bigot like he thinks. I am just stating what's there. I hired them to move my belongings, and 3 lego sets are missing. They never made it inside my new home. That's the facts. He asked me to take the reviews down because it hurts his business. I am asking reimburse me for what's missing. Because this isn't good customer service. Being called a racist by the owner is not professional.

• This company does not listen to their customers when they have a theft issue. These movers stole from us. We have items missing. And the owner does not believe us. And the company will not make it right. They should reimburse us for the missing items. Do NOT book this moving company! If u do, watch them like a fucking hawk. I trusted them, so I did not watch them move things the last hour. I had lunch. And I regret it, because I should have watched them more closely. Then I would have made sure everything made it inside the new home. So disappointed in this so called 'moving help' company.

• I have brand new lego sets missing. They were the first items in the moving truck. And they never made it into my new home. I have talked to the owner to see if they could make it right. And they denied stealing, blamed my family that was there during the move. They think my own brother stole my lego sets. They gifted them to us for Christmas. They would not steal them. The owner claims that since he was sitting in his car the whole time, that he was 'watching them' and that they stole nothing. Instead of listening to the facts that our Lego Sets were stolen and missing. They were the only people moving our things. And 3 new lego sets did not make it into our new home. They are missing, gone. I have unpacked every box, not here. They were the only people in our house at the time besides my brother. The owner believes his workers took nothing. But new Lego sets don't just disappear like that. They stole these items right under his nose, on his watch.
