In all fairness I booked this very last minute. I tried to add the need to move a safe but it would not let me. The person told me to just pay for the safe via Zelle or cash. The guys showed up and said they couldn’t move a safe, they would need 4 guys for that. After going back and forth they agreed to move the safe with the homeowners help. Long story short, the safe was damaged. The movers requested we pay them cash directly instead of the owner which was uncomfortable. We ended up paying the actual workers.

Customer did not mention the safe was 800 lbs and begged my movers to move it. We told her to hire a safe moving company due to weight and she had another person help and they did not offer the correct help. Customer just was not prepared for the whole move.
