• DO NOT USE SWIFT SERVICES! I hired Swift Services to load my U-Haul and regret it completely. The crew was unprofessional from start to finish. They dropped my expensive furniture, left water bottles scattered in my driveway, and packed the truck so poorly that huge amounts of space were wasted. This forces me to rent a second U-Haul to finish the move. They left an hour early, claiming they couldn’t fit anything else. Moments later, a poorly stacked pile collapsed, causing a PC desk to fall out of the truck, strike a family member, and smash into pieces. One worker even complained he was too weak to carry heavy items, leaving me to assist with the loading. Management acknowledged the damage, the terrible packing, and the unprofessional photos, but refused any responsibility or reimbursement because I had not purchased SafeLoad insurance. This company showed complete lack of care, skill, and accountability. Save yourself the damage, stress, and wasted money.

• Used for unloading only. Great team of local movers. Great communication prior to arrival. Very professional and respectful. Hard working and were quick to point out anything they perceived as damaged or out of the ordinary as they unloaded a truck they did not load. Completed job early. Would definitely use them again. You should use these folks.
