  • I cannot recommend this company enough. Zack was super communicative and even confirmed the job almost a full business week before scheduled. He had even offered to come to Durham to help up load when we hadn't heard from our other help hired. While in our house unloading he took the time to make sure items ended up where they needed to be, put together our beds, and helped make our move easy. He went above and beyond and gave us some local suggestions for things we mentioned we still needed for the house. This team is reliable, friendly and excellent at what they do.

  • Zach and Ryan first asked to get familiar with the house layout so they would know where to place items without asking, if boxes were already designated for a particular room. We had some items that needed special care and handling and Zack and Ryan did exactly as we asked paying close attention to handling the items with care. They were very careful with everything that needed moving. We were very happy with the work they did and were very friendly as well. We would highly recommend them for any future moving jobs in the future.

  • VERY DISAPPOINTED. I received a text from Zack at 906am (move scheduled for 9am) stating he was not aware I was an hour away and he would be there around 10am- 1015am. I called at 1026am he said his phone died, car wouldn’t start and he had to borrow his girlfriend’s car and would be there within 30 more minutes. He said something about drama from the night before, he was coming from Supply and was supposed to have driven down with Ryan from Scotts Hill. Ryan arrived at 1058 am and Zack arrived at 1115am. He was on his phone a lot and we overheard him talking saying he was making sure to move slow with the job. I have no complaints for Ryan other than him being late, he seemed to be doing most of the work. Because they didn’t start until two and a half hours late we missed deadlines that cost us. We were also left standing around waiting for hours I would not recommend Magic Moving.
