• They were pros! 4 guys in total, the leader was exceptional and friendly. the older guys worked really hard. The younger ones too, they just chatted more. They were great at communicating and all of our stuff got there safely. Very skilled. They were so nice to my dog too. They worked fast. I gave them tips in an envelope before they were finished. one major con though and the reason I docked 1 star....they worked about 15 minutes over (I think) and yet they charged for an entire hour. This was after I had already tipped them each. I totally disagree with charging for a full hour, or even half, if the time was that close to the contract. They worked really fast at first.... then much slower at the end. It was perplexing. 1 or 2 of the guys was moving slower and doing some small talk (which is fine), but if you're gonna do that please don't charge THAT MUCH extra when there was clearly time to get the job done according to the contract. Really rubbed me wrong actually.

• James and Tim were on time (actually early) very friendly, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend Johnson's Moving and More Inc. for your next move. My communications with Annie made the whole process go very smoothly.
