Thank you for your review and feedback. This could have been a better experience for both of us. It's important to remember that you hired professionals to help you move your items out of storage. However, your son micromanaged the entire move, which hindered our team from making the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Instead of allowing our team to follow the plan you hired us for loading and organizing your items onto the truck my crew ended up waiting until your son decided which items to load and in what order. This not only prolonged the job unnecessarily but also created an uncomfortable atmosphere for my lead person. Thank you for understanding.
