• Unprofessional and unsafe. The company sent an unvetted worker picked up from outside a U-Haul store that morning; no contact info, appeared under the influence, and asked my 6-year-old about my whereabouts. He damaged property and left after an hour. I had to help the actual employee load the truck. The owner showed no accountability and asked me if I got the man’s info. I’m disabled and felt pressured to release the code before issues were resolved. Much of this is on camera. Completely unacceptable.

  Hello Timothy we are sorry to hear about your complaint and would like to elaborate on the situation. first we are hired help which means you are still responsible for moving your own items U-haul offers MOVING HELPERS. On site you were given my contact info to keep or pass along to your property management regarding the damages made during the move.I did photo and video documentation of the damage. I and my co-worker completed your move. During our conversation upon completing your job you did not state you were unsatisfied with your move or that you felt pressured during a calm conversation to release the payment code to myself. Unfortunately we do no issue refunds. We do apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you. Please use the contact info given to you to reach me directly thank you!
