Rocket Movers provided excellent service. Communicating-- John called in advance to confirm the work. He kept us informed of a slight rain-delay. He discussed progress with us while working & listened carefully to our instructions and warnings about heavy items or other issues. Problems Solving-- 1. They came equipped with dollies 2. John estimated that everything would fit in the single POD & then he & Martell made it work 3. Our front stairs were in bad shape, yet the front door was the only door wide enough to accommodate our widest items. They carefully worked around the danger zone. 4. They helped us disassemble a child’s bed with storage underneath it. Style-- John & Martell were professional throughout, while working very hard in high temperature & humidity. They kept an optimistic attitude & plugged away room by room, clearing our items & loading the container. Bottom Line-- We would use Rocket Movers again & recommend them to you without reservation.
