  One of the movers did not show up and so the move was delayed, but they were able to get someone else and then a reasonable amount of time. However, the lack of communication between the two Movers caused terminate damage to my dining room table. Additionally, I asked the movers to use straps to secure my things, and they put a couple of them and then did not do it throughout the rest of the pod. They were very professional and overall did a good job with the exception of the damage. Advice is to definitely get the Safe mover coverage.

  I do not recommend this company. I was very nice to them and even helped them move my stuff. I heard one of the employee with the blond dyed hair say something about a broken leg between him and his co workers but I didn't know he was referring to my furniture. I submitted a claim but says since I drove the uhaul truck he cannot claim responsibility. He tried to say it can also be the company that unloaded but they showed me the damage before they touched my furniture. I even tipped them. Do not get scammed by this company. They were very nice but after reaching out about my issue and seeing how dismissive and sneaky they are I cannot recommend them to anyone. I can highly recommend the company that unloaded my furniture. They are extremely reliable and professional. True life movers is the name of the company. They wouldn't even let me help them move my stuff they let me know that's the service I paid for and I felt so relieved.
