  • Communication was fine. They dropped a few boxes, didn't offer to wear shoe covers, complained about the stairs, and mentioned wanting a big tip several times during including after a tip was given. At least they unloaded everything quickly.

  • Mercy and Gregory were great -- super professional and competent and friendly. Strong recommend. As an added bonus, I previously had had to use three u-boxes to move all my stuff but they packed it all down into two u-boxes instead. Really, these guys were fantastic. I was a little nervous given their comparatively cheaper price, but I can't recommend them enough (and tip them well, they earned it!).
