  • VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The helpers arrive over 30 minutes late and did not call to late me know that they were running late. My greatest shock was that the movers did not speak or understand English, and I didn't understand them either. This made the whole process very stressful and took longer time than necessary because of lack of communication. Some furniture items accidentally torn open because they didn't understand me when I told them how to carry them. The interesting and most annoying aspect of it all is that they abandoned me with some items in the truck once their two hours was up, notwithstanding that they contributed to the delay in loading and offloading my belongings. I appealed to them to assist me with the remaining few items in the truck, but they adamantly refused. Why U-Haul should enroll helpers who do speak or understand English to work with the public is what I DON'T KNOW.
