  • This is the wordt experience I have ever had. The response from the owner for them damaging our leather couches (and many other items)was to blame us, stating that we should have prepared the items better. Here’s a hint genius, if I wanted to exhaustively wrap and meticulously load each item myself than I wouldn’t be paying you or your pathetic and unprofessional movers to do it for me. Thousands in damage, zero accountability. This business is run by criminals, PLEASE steer clear and do not hire them under any circumstances. Hope they go out of business soon.
