I would have rated them great to excellent the day they loaded. They were fast and had it loaded. Until we found the damage and the weight distribution of everything. We provided blankets to protect the leather couch and chair. They stacked it directly on the floor of the truck without anything to protect it. Boxes of glass ware were crushed and containers broken by the weight of heavier things on them. They dropped the chest of drawer and broke the corner. Leather was scratched on the couch. Communication was not provided when they had not arrived at 9am. They did not get there until 11am. I would not recommend them. I wish I had not tipped them when they were finished. I was not aware of tipping with my review.

Very professional and communicative. They were very careful handling breakable items and packaged them with care. I highly recommend them, and will definitely be calling them for future assistance.
