  • Very upset once I move to Virginia I'm missing a box that had my medication in it and a digital picture frame that who ever took my frame deleted my photos from the frame when I sign into my frame account all my photos were deleted. So that's how I know the box was stolen. I called the company and it was handled very unprofessional and I was told there guys don't steal and the guy on the phone was rude and wouldn't open a investigation. I'm devastated that my meds are missing and a lot of my other personal possessions. I'm making a police report now!!!!

    Please do not come to my reviews with this nonsense We moved you 10 days ago you set in the garage and watched us load all your stuff up We do not steal at all someone in your home took your merchandise or you misplaced it We are not the company that goes through your boxes and you were sitting right there All your boxes were taped up in the garage for you to try to slander our names is ridiculous I never thought in a million years that you would pull a move like this when we helped you and gave you a five-star service you were trying to extort money out of us we're not paying for something that we did not do there were cameras everywhere and we will go to your neighbor's home and get the camera footage We are not the company to take from anyone nor have we ever had a complaint about taking anyone's property Why do we need medication and a digital picture frame ? none of this makes any sense We had sympathy for you dealing with a domestic dispute and we rush you out of there smh
