Naptown Movers owner Carl was very communicative prior to, during, and after my moving job. The movers he sent were very professional and communicated with me of their whereabouts at all times (my house and storage units). Would definitely hire again!
Communication before moving date was great. They were on time. However, Two men that showed up to unload were very unprofessional and lazy. My boxes and totes were pushed down the uhaul ramp rather than carried or put on a hand truck. I watched multiple totes fall off the ramp and things were broken. 5 breaks were taken in the 3 hours we hired them for. They took as much as possible off the truck and placed it into the garage before then taking it in the house. So double handled everything making them almost not finish unloading in 3 hours. Admitted to breaking items. Overall terrible experience.
If I could give Jose and Adrian and Eduardo (the office contact) 50 stars, I would!! I realized I was in trouble Tuesday evening and needed unloading help and I made the reservation. Eduardo reached out to me Wednesday morning. Jose and Adrian were at my home Thursday morning and unloaded the truck. They were careful, very neat, and worked with me in placing items in the apartment. They were fantastic and I could not have gotten through this move without them. Highly recommend and will absolutely use again!
