• Would not recommend at all. They initially assured us they could load everything within the allotted time, so they took their time and didn’t work efficiently. One mover was inexperienced, and they spent time joking around. Toward the end, they rushed, skipped using the furniture pads we provided, and some items were damaged due to poor packing. They overpromised and underdelivered. Once time was up, they left, and we had to finish the job ourselves. Had we known they couldn’t complete the job in the allotted time ( as they had previously promised at the start of the day) we would’ve helped from the start. When we confronted them about this discrepancy they were very unprofessional and blamed us. Overall we had a terrible experience with this company, they significantly affected our move day and delayed us by several hours.

  Rafa, we thank you for your review. We apologize the email and communication stating a two bedroom home would take between 6 and 8 hrs to complete was not clear enough..Please understand when requesting help in the future, a two bedroom will not be completed in 2 hours. We hope you can see past the frustration of the day and give us a chance to earn your business in the future.
