  • DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER. Needed literally 1 console moved up 1 flight of stairs in my house. Rented dolly and blankets to help. They called me at midnight to reschedule, showed up 1.5 late after rescheduling. After cautioning them about the new flooring, they scratched the floor during the move. Before noticing, I gave the payment code asking if it was for a refund. which was promised due to their late arrival. The worker said yes. The owner then stated they wouldn't refund me. The owner said asking for a refund was me wanting slaves. Implied that I made up the scratched floor. Stated he would only provide a half refund if I posted positive review. The workers left without telling me. Owner refused to provide half the money back unless I sent him a screenshot of the positive review. He then spoke over me on the phone, not even hearing my concerns and complained about me while on speaker phone to his workers. I was polite and asked to be heard. Couldn't get refunded.
