• Movers seemed overwhelmed and worked very slowly and we only had a 15’ truck to unload. Owner took care of problem we encountered very professionally.

  first thank you for your business i wish one of my guys could have called me and i think i could have solved the problem quicker but we will get it on your next move

• While we are grateful they sent an extra person to help last minute and their speed was great, we were not impressed with the way they handled our belongings. The fridge had to be partially disassembled to get through the door, and they didn’t let us know that they broke the handle (which we now have to replace at $200). They also loaded things into the truck before we had a chance to tell them that some things weren’t supposed to get packed and or we did tell them and it was lost in translation. They also didn’t offer to disassemble the main part of our bedframe, which led to huge issues when we tried to move it in to the new place.

  hello i reviewed the situation as my guys disassembled the fridge you watched what you probably didn't notice my guy screws in the screw to not loose it if you look closer it is most likely not broken but actually the screw is stopping the handle from going on it. as far as the mattress goes that is how you had it wrapped and i don't go against customer wishes. sorry for the stressful situation i know moving is stressful next time please call i could help you out over the phone maybe thank you for your time Celina's movers
