  • The took the draws out of dresser which I then had to put back in. I could have carried the dressers without the drawers. Everything took so long. They didn't have any dollies. They didn't get half the stuff moved because they were not prepared and arrived 2 hours late.

  • The had never moved a piano and didn't have any tools to move it. It took 2 hours to move from the front door to the sidewalk. Both my husband and I had to help get the piano on the truck. The piano will not sit straight now due to their lack of knowledge on how to move. AND the extra two hours it took to move the piano, I was charged two more hours of work. I had to move the rest of the stuff myself because I just wanted them gone. They arrived 2 hours late and at 9pm after helping load the piano I was tired. The uhaul app was down and my daughter paid the hours over with a cash app. LESSON LEARNED.
