I was optimistic initially hoping for a positive moving experience since i received a call the day before seeking clarification of my needs. However the young men that showed presented with low energy and minimal courtesy. No introduction. I appreciated their request for instructions but bickerered over who was doing what. That's all excusable, what was disappointing was leaving 20 minutes early without completing 2 simple tasks. Not saying a word upon departure and ignoring my request for clarification. One said I had a lot of shit then when I asked him to repeat, he said stuff. I guess I expected better.
