• Amazing experience! The guys were flexible and communicative during scheduling. They unloaded my truck efficiently and with extreme care and were kind, conscientious and wonderful to work with. 5 stars- would absolutely recommend!

• I booked their unloading services for 8.29 on 8.22. I did not receive any confirmation or inquiries on move details. I reached out on 8.28 at noon to try to confirm I wouldn’t be in a jam. He was obviously disheveled and was unaware of my booking. Today, I get a call at 9.40AM saying they’d be about 15 minutes late for my 10AM unload and I told him that was fine. 10.20AM came then 10.30AM and it’s silence (note the only call I’ve gotten from him was a we will be late one I had to initiate all other calls to get information). At 10.45AM I called and he, then again, said 15 minutes. They arrived at 11.10AM and completed the project by 11.40AM. It only took them 30 minutes to unload a 10FT Uhaul (they did forget to grab a few items and carry them downstairs). They are obviously very efficient workers, but the professionalism in communication and complete disregard for others schedule is bad. I just can’t justify paying the 1.5hrs null labor to a company with this kind of operation.
