Super Moving Bros LLC is a professional moving company in the Northern Utah area. We are a local company and want to take care of those in our community to the best of our ability. We will lift, wrap, blanket, and transport your items as if they were our own. Our movers are all trained and you will be able to trust them as they take care of your belongings! We are fairly available and can usually do a move the day after scheduling! We appreciate your business.

The crew was friendly and fast, but the service itself was terrible. Several things were loaded that we hadn't even intended to pack, including loose items not even boxed. They never asked us about several things and just seemed to grab whatever, including necessary medications that had been set apart from the boxes intended for loading and we had to get an emergency refill because we didn't find out until we were 1000 miles away. U-boxes were loaded haphazardly and we had to try and rearrange them ourselves because of the unsteady stacking. When I opened one of the u-boxes after they left, a stack of boxes leaning against the door for some reason nearly fell out. Upon unloading at our new home, a few boxes and a TV almost fell out when a bookcase was moved because it hadn't been properly supported. Additionally, we found that when they removed our TVs from their stands they did not give us the mounting brackets (and seem to have not loaded them) and we have no idea where they are.

On the original move date that was scheduled, the home was not ready, so we worked with you to reschedule and made accommodations to fit you in at another time. When our team arrived on the rescheduled date, the move was still not fully prepared, and our crew went out of their way to assist with packing items throughout the home to help the move continue smoothly. The two movers assigned to your job are long-standing members of our team and are the same crew that consistently earns us five-star reviews. They also checked in with you during the move to ensure everything was satisfactory, and no concerns were mentioned at that time. Because of this, we are unsure where the disconnect occurred between our understanding of the move and your experience, but we would welcome the opportunity to discuss any specific concerns directly.
