Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
When calling to confirm they couldn’t find our booking. Thankfully They arrived on time. They were helpful moving big items but needed a lot of direction to stay on pace, and were distracted on their phones throughout the job. They seemed unprepared with no transportation or water. We appreciated the help with the move but we ended up doing a lot of the moving ourselves.
They are professional and efficient with moving! We had 20 boxes plus 4 suitcases and a cloth cabinet, golf club, mattress, TV and many more. It only took 50 minutes for everything.
