  • The movers were helpful, but the owner added 45 minutes of drive time on top of the three hours of moving. In my past experiences with U-Haul, drive time was never included. I had text the owner prior to the move to clarify that I didn’t expect driving time to be part of the three-hour fee, and he didn’t respond to that. He also asked for an extra $10 for gas and requested that I Zelle him for an additional hour. Despite this, the movers were ok, and I did give each of them a cash tip. We wouldn’t choose this company again.

  • They were an hour late but they did call to let me know, they were able to load truck and unload at new location in 2 hours.
