  • Communication from the company was excellent, but unfortunately, the helpers who showed up were unprepared and did not work with a sense of urgency. Moreover, they did not reassemble any of the furniture that had been disassembled in the loading of the truck.

    Totally incorrect. We started the moment we arrived and did not stop until job was completed. We asked your wife do you need anything else. Her response was no, we are all good. Furthermore, there was very little space to work in the house. And there was another lady there already assembling. Unload was completed in less than 2 hours without any damages. Your wife even generously tipped. You were not there. Therefore your review is does not match the great service you received from us
